Since we couldn't check into our hotel, we went bed shopping! We heard furniture take forever to be delivered.
We were able to find a bed on sale that can be delivered next week! Sofas were another story- 9 week minimum for delivery!!
We have 8 weeks in the hotel - but the room is tiny and we have 5 suitcases! We can barely move!! Plus, living out of one room wasn't fun when we were newly married - now we are old and cranky!!
I spent the next day online trying to find anything that could be delivered sooner! Finally found some refurbished couches that will be delivered end of next week!!
After we bought the couches, we went to our lil town for dinner. Tried to peek in the windows of the house, but I was too short. So, here we are creeping in the backyard!
I get to meet the agent on Thursday to actually see inside for the first time! Pretty excited!!
Oh, and Chris threatened to get a station wagon...haha - look at the only rental car they had that would fit our luggage! We look like the Griswalds!!
